The purpose of the HR coordinator role is to guide and provide professional, day-to-day, process oriented support in functional areas, which include employee's lifecycle, HR system,data management and initiatives/projects. Good commumnication with employees and business stakeholder and HR. Delivering support & solution in the execution of HR processes/tools and ensuring proper follow-up and solutions to tactical HR tasks in the supporting locations/regions. The role is full time role.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for below daily work by following standard process to ensure work result accurately and timely. 2. Servicehub: Servicehub ticket system daily operation and Case handling(completed case or assigned group on time) to ensure SLA and driving Servicehub user adoption and customer experience increase. 3. Employee lifecycle: HR service delivery for China Region and campus, such as on boarding,off boarding, job change,labor contract management, monthly/annually employee's attendance management, employee multi-benefits scheme, employee archive, work injury, retirement, commercial insurance management, local government issue management(flexible working hours application, talent rewards) and etc. 4. System: HR system maintenance to ensure data quality. 5. Data providing, analysis and data match. 6. Local HR service related Vendors management. 7. Participate the key initiatives/projects in Global & Local HR team. 8. Continuous improvement: Where possible, identify improvement needs, communicate opportunities for improvement to HR leadership/business and effectively support their resolution on HR-related process and tactical issues. 9. Communication : Effectively support the HR operations function in communicating with HR intenral team, employees (at all levels) , business stakeholder and vendors to ensure proper follow-up on matters requiring it. 10. Other works assigned by immediate or Virtual team manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
● Bachelor degree; ● About 5 years of HR working experience , prefer factory experience in manufacture industry with business mindset and high responsibility; ● Good English skill in Oral and writing. ● Good communication with Global HR and China HR Team. ● Good stakeholder management and problem-solving skill with stong self-learing ability. ● Good working attitude, conscientious, able to work under multi-tasks. ● High work motivation. ● Active team player.
