Lead quality activities monitor quality performance and keep customer good satisfaction in quality area. 1.Customer satisfaction and relationship maintenance 2.Quality control from advance phase to mass production, until EOP 3.Monitor and analysis the quality data, lead cross function team of quality issues analysis and solving 4.Monitor and analysis the quality data, push function team of quality issues analysis and solving and fulfill the target. 5.Drive problem solving by 8D on official customer complaints and internal hot issues 6.Lead PPAP external validation on replaced dies/core box/production lines, etc. 7.Poor quality cost control from internal &external scrap, 3rd party sorting expense working as key member of Quality triangle team. 8.Drive continuous improvement of process quality. 9.Follow the company and customer TISAX policy.
