1. 负责公司AS9100体系的日常维护和运行控制，确保质量体系满足行业标准
Responsible for the daily maintenance and operation control of AS9100 system to ensure that the company quality system meets industry standards
2. 负责航空业大客户（整机厂和一级系统供应商）的质量管理体系要求被有效的识别和理解，建立并维护客户质量体系的整体策略，并确保和公司的质量管理体系有效集成
3. 负责质量合规体系建设，推行，维护，监控，评估和改善Responsible for compliance management system setup, implementation, maintain, tracking, assessment and improve.
4. 负责公司内审，以及外部审核的准备、跟进、改善措施汇总及效果确认，包括局方审核，客户审核，体系审核，特殊工艺审核等Responsible for internal audit and external audit preparation, follow-up, improvement measures summary and effect confirmation, including CAAC audit, Customer audit, System audit, special process audit, etc
5. 建立分层审核机制。指导和监督质量体系在公司各部门实施的适宜性、充分性和有效性。跟踪并推动关闭质量保证活动中发现的不合格项，推动持续改善Set up layer process audit procedure. Guide and supervise the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the quality system in all departments of the company. Track and push to close non-compliance items in QA activities, push continuous improvement
6. 负责客户质量问题的接受和责任界定，确保及时响应和解决，必要时安排协调客户现场服务。协调失效件的分析和处理，编写客户质量报告，并推动系统性改进降低投诉率
7. 对客户质量数据进行分析和挖掘，推进内部质量控制能力的提升
8. 定期拜访客户，了解客户质量期望，参与新项目质量风险评估，并协调各部门改善以提升客户质量满意度
9. 负责公司内部质量体系的培训，参与供应商质量体系审核及辅导Responsible for internal quality system training. Participate in supplier quality system audit and guidance
10. 制定和维护部门费用预算Set and maintain department expense budget
11. 完成领导安排的其他任务Achieve other tasks assigned by the leader

资格要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，航空航天或机械专业或质量专业。如熟悉航空业，汽车，船舶，等大型装备离散制造业可放宽。College degree or above, major in aerospace or mechanical engineering or quality engineering. If hands on experience in aerospace, automotive, shipbuilding industry could accept other majors.
2. 具有AS9100内审员认证，5年以上公司整体AS9100体系的经验及维护经验Having AS9100 internal auditor certification and at least 5 years of experience in establishing and maintaining the company AS9100 quality system
3. 充分的客户质量保证相关工作经验和优秀的绩效证明 Solid hands-on experience of customer quality assurance and proved good performance
4. 熟练的英语听说读写能力，满足日常办公要求Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing, meet daily office requirements
5. 优秀的协调沟通能力及团队领导力，具备抗压和复杂问题解决能力Excellent coordination and communication skills and leadership. Able to work under pressure and complex problem-solving skill.
6. 熟练使用office办公软件Proficient in using Microsoft office software
7. 对质量管理方法和工具有一定理解和应用经验Knowledge of quality management method and tooling with solid experience.
8. 对EHS合规管理有经验的优先Experience of EHS compliance management is preferred
9. 有团队管理经验优先 Team management experience prefer
10. 能适应短期出差 can take short-term business trip
