1.Leads and is responsible for the quality performance of company. 2.Manage company quality department including IQA, supplier quality, customer quality, IPQC, FA, QMS, DCC, OQC, etc. Build a strong quality department to secure the business growth. 3.Works closely with all company functional teams to improve the internal procedures including SOP, NPI flow, PCN/ECN, etc to build a comprehensive quality system. 4.Leads the Customer Quality function and coordinates the effectiveness of 8Ds on customer issues. 5.Leads MRB/RMA process to dispose the quality affected materials, Maverick Lot. 6.Leads, oversees and facilitates the effective implementation of FMEAs, process control plans and outgoing checks for company manufacture to prevent quality excursions. 7.Assures that Quality systems are standardized, effective and customer compliant. 8.Provides timely and effective FA for both production failure and customer return samples. 9.Works closely, audits and supports material supplier and wafer fab' Quality Control processes, procedures and improvement plans to assure the best quality record and reputation for the company 10.Prepares PDCA reports like in-process PPM, Cust complaints, FA/Rel PTS, 8D status, quals, audits. 11.Oversee all NIP procedures and production process to identify deveations from quality standards. 12.Works with cross functional managers across the company to achieve the Quality Vision, Mission. 13.Recommends improvement in processes, workflows and procedures based on Best in Class stds.
