Job Introduction

Define and implement Quality methodology, data science, ISO quality system and calibration system, implement country quality strategy
Deliver synergies by bundling in shared services, develop and continuous improvement process, methods and tools
Continuously develop quality competences (e.g. quality methods& tools), secure permanent competence and service in region
Quality KPI monitoring, standard reports and support Category QMs on common topics ( e.g. towards CS)
Close contact and communicate with BSH-external partners e.g. quality association or certification bodies


Job responsibilities

Bachelor or Master in Technical, Economic or Management.
More than 5 years Work Experience
Master in quality methods/ tools, Problem solving, FMEA, SPC etc
Comprehensive technical and operation knowledge, Analytical, planning skills Profound Quality Management system know-hows (ISO9001, VDA6.3)
Proficient in oral communication
Leadership experience more than 5years
