1 Acknowledge all client inquiries and collect work orders. 2 Monitor activities that happen inside and outside the plant, such as canteen service, shuttle bus service, security service, etc. 3 Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions. 4 Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors. 5 Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. 6 Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. 7 Point of contact for escalated communications between client and service providers by ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood, and implemented. 8 Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations. 9 Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations. 10 Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques. 11 Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related. 12 Assists with scheduling and preparing meeting and conference rooms. Coordinates setup of conference/meetings rooms. 13 Coordinates catering for meeting and events. May negotiate pricing and menus. Secures approvals for catering expenses and reviews invoices to arrange billing to appropriate department or business unit. 14 Maintains records and logs of service requests and tracks their status. 15 Maintains a file of services including transportation sources, accommodations, and referral contacts. 16 May arrange convenience/hospitality services for guests such as transportation, tickets, reservations, etc. 17 Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
1 An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required. 2 Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval. 3 Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team clearly and concisely. 4 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. 5 Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
Qualifications and Education:
Min. College/University graduate. Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English With 3-4 years of job-related experience
