Responsibilities - Design RF/Analog circuits using advanced deep-submicron CMOS technologies. - Perform design verification and validation tasks. - Work closely with digital and software developers to design transceivers that meet system requirements. - Research in advanced wireless techniques for highly integrated RFICs.
Minimum Qualifications 61 Master Degree in Electrical Engineering/Physics with 4+ yrs or Ph.D. with 2+ yrs experiences. 61 Hands-on experience in ADC / DAC used in modern wireless transceivers. 61 Preferred ADC/DAC expertise in at least one of the following standard: WIFI 6, WIFI 7, 11ad or cellurlar phone and multi-modes multi-bands standards. 61 Big Plus is the industry/research knowledge of WIFI 6/ WIFI 7 ADC /DAC topologies and its calibration schemes. 61 Ability to analyze the ADC/DAC impairments, lineup and calibration scheme. (SNDR, SFDR, dynamic range, ENOB) 61 Ability to interpret RF system requirements for ADC/DAC and translate into circuit level specifications, good understanding of signal processing. 61 Strong knowledge on IC design CAD tools such as Spectre/SpectreRF, EM simulators, Matlab, and/or ADS. A thorough understanding of the physical layout requirement and ability to perform the critical layouts. 61 Lab testing skills to evaluate the prototype against design specifications. 61 Motivated to carry out a wide variety of tasks with clear communication and presentation skills in a dynamic team environment.
