Key Responsibilities
1) Assist IT supplier for all IT and security infrastructure within the location(s) and under MeccAlte Group IT framework.
2) Assist IT supplier Managing, operating, maintaining and troubleshooting Windows Server series systems, server applications, hardware, storage systems, and network issues, as well as system installs, configurations, and changes.
3) Secure stability, performance and availability of local and supervise central IT services (e-mail, security, LAN, WAN, Internet/Intranet, applications).
4) Assist IT supplier for supporting maintenance and development of ERP/MES/OA system according to internal customer’s requirement, with support from other IT resources e.g., Group IT and GBTS-IT.
5) Implement and ensure IT security (Antivirus, Firewall, e-mail scanning, Internet) in accordance with company global standards and policies.
6) Troubleshoot issues on site as needed; 1st level IT Support and Help-Desk availability and emergency out-of-hours cover.
7) Managing all PBX hard-, software and services and peripherals.
8) Master environmental health and safety emergency knowledge, have the ability to identify risks, wear personal protective equipment correctly, use the site's safety facilities correctly.
Job Requirements
1) Exhibit some leadership skills and the ability to work successfully within a team.
2) Familiar with IT infrastructure, Kingdee ERP and SQL database maintenance.
3) Familiar with engineering Knowledge.
4) Foreign language:
Good read/write and simple verbal capability in English
