Our responsibility is to plan, order and deliver materials for the assembly, and carry out production planning, transport and load finished components for transfer to the chassis workshops or other customers. At the end of the flow, also taking care of the Outbound. As an inventory control developer, you will help to set up the process and daily management for inventory control for Logistics center. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:: Create process and working procedure for inventory control. Create process and working procedure for material handler to make material requisition. Arrange cycle counting and annual stock taking; support the annual audit from Finance. Daily management for inventory variance ratio and make analysis for the route cause of difference. Daily check for the mismatch between physical flow and information flow. Make improvement plan to decrease the mismatch. System adjustment and approval for warehouse operation. Check and approve material requisition which is unplanned. Create digital report for stocking tracking. Education and/or Experience Bachelor degree or above in engineering area More than 3 years experience in a multinational and manufacturing company More than 3 years working experience in Logistics Development area Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong internal drive and learning ability. Strong communication and problems solving skills. Fluent English in written and oral. Good skills within Office , Software Word, Excel, Power Point and be skilled in Digitalization tools like Power BI. Enthusiastic in work and with strong motivation and responsibility. Team spirit and ownership.
