Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Follow Scania SHE and Quality guideline 2.Create process and working procedure for inventory control 3.Create process and working procedure for material handler to make material requisition 4.Arrange cycle counting and annual stock taking; support the annual audit from Finance 5.Daily management for inventory variance ratio and make analysis for the route cause of difference 6.Daily check for the mismatch between physical flow and information flow. Make improvement plan to decrease the mismatch 7.System adjustment and approval for warehouse operation 8.Check and approve material requisition which is unplanned 9.Create digital report for stocking tracking 10.Other tasks assigned by manager
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1.Strong internal drive and learning ability 2.Strong communication and problems solving skills 3.Fluent English in written and oral. 4.Good skills within Office , Software Word, Excel, Power Point and be skilled in Digitalization tools like Power BI 5.Enthusiastic in work and with strong motivation and responsibility. 6.Team spirit and ownership
