61 Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
61 Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize supply chain efficiency.
61 Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.

任职要求：
1. 至少5年相关工作经验，工程、运营管理、工商管理或相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 有成功的战略转型或新项目推进经验；拥有优秀的领导力和沟通能力，能够有效管理和带领团队；
3. 丰富的制造流程，质量控制和供应链管理知识，具备流程优化和效率提升的实际经验；
4. 财务敏锐，有预算管理和成本优化经验；
5. 具有较强的领导能力和人员管理能力，能够激励和激励团队；
6. 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，能够与跨职能团队合，出色的解决问题和决策能力；
7. 对健康、安全和环境法规有深入的了解。
