Responsible for press automation and electrical automation, be able to review electrical schematic diagram of press and robot. Technical competence in various types of press shop equipment, including mechanical presses, cranes, scrap system, tryout press etc. Confident utilization of department specific IT-systems (SCADA, MES, SAP), familiar with process layout and function description to be able to establish press line and automation network architecture to interface IT input. Utilize digital twins to develop and test PLC programs, identify potential bottlenecks, and optimize press cycle times before physical line implementation. Development of strategies for optimal production (SPM stokes per minute). Technical competence in industrial networks (PROFINET, ETHERNET) and safety concepts, industrial robots, PLC Programming such as SIMENZ TIA Portal software.
