Department: P&L-Engine Quality Technician carry out online quality inspection according to the check standard. They feedback the deviation information to the Quality Technician Team Leader & production team leader timely and they communicate with relevant teams about the deviation details clearly and exactly, in order to ensure that the online production team can deliver the qualified engine to the internal and external customers in accordance with the plan.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily: Follow Scania SHE and Quality guideline Perform engine inspection according to Q-List and element sheet, including check, mark, record, feedback etc., to ensure deviations can be identified timely. According to the requirements, carry out daily check and maintenance of the inspection tools to ensure compliance with the calibration requirements and the reliability of the equipment. Strictly abide by the SHE regulations of the company, workshop and the area where it is located, and wear PPE correctly to ensure a good, stable and safe working environment. Quickly respond to the arrangement of the team leader and support the analysis of quality problems in the production line. Actively observe the quality risks in the process, feedback information in time, and prevent the occurrence of some quality problems. Actively participate in technical training organized by workshops and departments to improve their abilities Obey the team management and complete other temporary work arranged by the team, Other tasks assigned by manager .
