o As a Project manager, you will be responsible for delivering cross-functional solutions needed for Chassis & Cab. o Follow Scania SHE and Quality guideline. o Act as a trusted representative for the business area in various forums. o Define strategic direction together with management team. o Drive common topics for the business area (together with the management team). o Compile, analyze and identify deviations in project plans. o Own the consolidated masterplan. o Identify cross-functional dependencies and discrepancies. o Define and follow-up mitigation plans. o Facilitate project and reporting structures, as well as other administrative processes. o Spread and anchor information between Umbrella project and business area. o Prepare presentations and decision material. o Structure, document and follow-up of risk management. o Support with escalation management. o Facilitate planning exercises, e.g. PI planning, Master Planning. o Facilitate workshops. o Define ways of working. o Define new assignments and deliveries. o Prepare project reviews. o Track project progress towards key milestones. o Collaboration with TC,T and wider Scania/TRAON Group, AFR. o Develop the overall PMO functionality of P&L China together with the PMO-forum. o Other tasks & responsibilities identified for project success.
Requirements o Bachelor07s degree with a focus on engineering or technical industry or equivalent work experience. o Knowledge of project management and relevant 5-10 years of work experience in this area. o Worked in an international company. o Manufacturing process background. o Automotive process background o Skills in Communication, Time Management, Problem-Solving, Leadership and Organizational awareness are important. o Good skills in both speaking and writing in English and skills in Office 365 and MS project are needed. o The candidate with knowledge in PMP experiences are seen as an advantage. o Enthusiastic in work and with strong motivation and responsibility. o Team spirit and ownership.
