To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily: Examples of responsibilities: Own the consolidated Cab masterplan and the SPS Cab masterplan Track project progress towards key milestones Drive common topics for the business area (together with the management team) Identify cross-functional dependencies and discrepancies Define and follow-up mitigation plans Structure, document and follow-up of risk management Support with escalation management Facilitate project and reporting structures, as well as other administrative processes Set instruction and lead way of working within status report and time plans. Spread and anchor information between Umbrella project and business area Prepare presentations and decision material Facilitate planning exercises, e.g. PI planning Prepare and drive the transformation from project to operational structure (Set structure for forum, agenda, etc). Candidate Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience University education in a relevant discipline 5 years experience in a multinational company Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Fluent English in written and oral. Good skills within Office Software Word, Excel, Power Point MS Project or similar is preferable Experience in project management.
