工作职责：
一、集团IT管理 HO Level IT management
1.Perform 1st level helpdesk to handle local IT support request and work jointly with global IT team to figure out those IT requests if needed
2.Handle computer setup , software deployment both user’s computer and server
3.Work jointly with global IT team in order to support technology change, project roll-out and other change management
4.Perform network & network equipment supervision, maintenance of hardware, storage/backup and PBX system
5.General coordinate IT budget management, monthly expense report to regional IT manager and hand-on information to complete AOP planning
6.Attending global IT meeting for operation, projects, network, etc.
7.IT policy deployment. (SCSM, SCCM, Sophos, Security and App controlled, etc.)
8.Local user communication and coordinate the change of global IT policy / project roll out as well as other hardware and software change / upgrade / maintenance plan
9.SAP *** contact point , interface to Global SAP team on SAP issues raised by user
10.Other job issued by supervisor

二、日常IT问题解决 Daliy Trouble Shot
1.公司级IT异常解决 Plant Level IT Trouble Shot
2. 内部网络异常（有线和无线）、公共网络、Zoom会议室、公共盘访问异常等 Intrenet Issue(Lan and WIFI),Public Internet,Zoom Room,File server issue, etc.
3. 用户IT问题支持User Level IT Trouble Shot 电脑账号、SAP账号、软件安装、手机邮箱、硬件故障、打印机等
4. 网络硬件更新项目 End of life device replacement
5. 服务器、交换机、防火墙、线路等（三方询价-选择-固定资产申请-采购-收货-安装调试）Server,Switch,Firewall,Cabling(Quato-Select-CER-Purchase-Receive-Installation and Config.)
6. 软件远程更新支持Remote software update support
7．预算管理和月度实际费用报告AOP creation and monthly execution report
8. 生产/试验设备系统、硬件更新或替换（理化实验室、伽利略、仓库标签、设备系统备份）Production related IT support
9. 电脑替换与系统安装Computers replacement and system upgrade 10.采买新电脑，部署安装公司系统 Purchase new computers and deploy operation system
11.服务器机房的维护 Server Room Maintenance
12.监控项目、SCADA项目支持等CCTV，SCADA project support,etc

任职资格：
1.At least 1-2 years of professional experience in similar jobs;
2.Bachelor degree in CS ( Computer Science ) EE ( Electrical Engineering ) or related field is required.
3.Computers and Electronics -- Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications and programming. Basic knowledge of or experience with SAP ERP are desirable;
4. Good interpersonal skill and English competency（can speak）;
8. Understand the basic knowledge of IATF16949 system; Have the ability to identify hazard sources and environmental factors, and have the basic knowledge of ISO14001 & ISO45001 management system;

1. 1-2年以上相关工作经验；
2. CS（计算机科学）、EE（电气工程）或相关专业本科以上学历。
3. 计算机和电子学——了解计算机硬件和软件，包括应用程序和编程。具备SAP ERP基础知识或经验者优先；
4. 良好的人际交往能力和英语能力（说写基本流利）；
8. 了解IATF16949体系的基本知识；具备识别危险源和环境因素的能力，具备ISO14001和ISO45001管理体系的基本知识；
