According to OPE requirements, complete production targets.

COST
Participate directly and indirectly in all KAIZEN.
直接或间接参与所有KAIZEN。
-Working to eliminate waste regarding Painting process.

GENERAL
-Support the working group for implementing new product and processes.
-支持工作组实施新产品和新流程。
Working in a cross-functional projects and to improve the quality, reduce cost, ensure environment are supported. -在跨职能项目中工作，以提高质量，降低成本，确保环境得到支持。
