1．根据公司战略目标与规划，建立并落实本职能战略管理，包括HSEQ目标管理、资源管理、风险管理等，支持公司战略目标的达成；Responsible for OpEx function＇s strategy deployment，including HSEQ objective management,resource management and risk management,supporting plant strategy goals achievement.
2．推进公司卓越运营管理体系标准化（M2SOpEx），包括现状评估、目标设定、改进计划制定与落实等；Responsible for the maintain and continuous improvement of Maxion Manufacturing System OpEx pillar,coordinate annual assessment,gap planning and closure.
3．负责公司精益项目管理，主导工厂价值流（VSM）分析和提升活动，包括IE基础数据库的维护、内外improvement,including IE database maintenance,Voices Collection, Plant Layout, Capacity Plan and Capital Investment Projects Management etc.
4．负责公司精益六西格玛（LSS）活动，包括LSS理论培训、项目辅导和人才认证等流程；Lead plant＇s Lean and Six Sigma program,including LSS knowledge training,project coaching and belts certification processes,improving team's lean and problem solving capability.
5．建立并维护公司持续改善文化，包括问题解决小组、跨职能项目小组、全员合理化建议等活动的策划与实施：Initiated and lead plant＇s Continuous Improvement Process， including NWTs， cross functional teams and employee's suggestion system, creating plant's continuous improvement culture.
6．主导工厂数字化转型，包括数字化转型规划、数字化项目管理等；Initiated and lead plant＇s business process reengineering and digitalization,including digital transformation strategy plan and DT projects management.
7．及时有效的完成上级安排的其他工作；
