RESPONSIBILITIES 职责: 61Deploy the CPM manufacturing system and drive a lean culture 推动CPM制造体系的落地和推动精益文化 61Basic train on lean tools including: 5S+, Visual Management, Value Stream Planning and Process Mapping, Problem Solving, TPM, Waste Elimination, SMED, Standardized Work etc. 精益工具基础培训,包括:5S+, 可视化管理,价值流规划和流程图、问题解决、全员生产性维护、消除浪费、快速换型、标准化工作等 61Able to work in teams and lead small teams on projects of manageable scope 能团队工作,也能领导小团队完成管理范畴内的项目 61Conduct Continuous Improvement promotion activities 实施持续改善相关的推广活动 61Setup regular 5S+ audit and help team to resolve the root cause of findings accordingly 组织工厂的定期5S+检查,并协助问题的解决 61Lead the CI idea collection and tracking of progress 领导工厂持续改善建议的收集和进度管理 61Help implement and coach the team with Hoshin Strategy Deployment Action Plans and TTI Bowlers in Plant Nantong 帮助战略部署行动计划和 TTI Bowlers管理方法在南通工厂的实施 61Project coordinate, measure and report progress on site initiatives, TTI and KPI metrics 项目协调,跟踪并汇报行动计划、TTI 和 KPI 指标的进展情况 61Delivery Kaizen report out or best practice sharing in time 及时完成改善项目汇报或***实践分享 61Participant in CPM China CI team meeting 参加CPM中国持续改善团队会议 61Support other business priorities as necessary 必要时支持其他优先业务事项
THE QUALIFICATIONS资格: 61Minimum 3 years of Continuous Improvement or Lean Production experience 至少 3 年的持续改进或精益生产经验 61Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Logistic is required 工程或物流学士学位或同等经验 61Demonstrated track record of success in leading improvement activities 有领导改善活动的成功记录 61Proficient in Microsoft suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Power BI 精通 Microsoft 套件,包括 Excel、PowerPoint、Visio 和 Power BI 61Ability to lead and influence with and without direct authority 有直接授权和没有直接授权的情况下都能发挥领导力和影响力
