Mission: Drive all kinds of sub-project to meet requirement from Policy 50 and 54
Project manager Focus on setting up a well-organized team with enough resource and competence to prepare the deliverables and build up the capability necessary in place, and are able to react fast on the risks identified during the process and sort out the issues with relevant stakeholders in time to pass the approval.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
01 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, manufacturing, Procurement, to ensure alignment of factory approval activities with overall business objectives
01 Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the factory approval, such as preparation of deliverables or capability preparation, and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
01 Generalist with leadership skills and good organization knowledge (know who to talk to)
01 Problem solving and coordination with focus on Factory approval area
01 Business development skills and experience of getting things done in a complex environment.
01 Other tasks assigned by manager
Education and/or Experience
01 Project management skills
01 Bachelor's degree in Automotive area or a related field.
01 Over 10 years’ experience in manufacturing industry
01 Experience from Factory approval and certification related areas
01 Preferably experience from the automotive industry and deeply involved in certification relevant tasks

01 Understanding of policy 50, have the mindset/competence to cooperate with Authority in a good manner
01 Proven experience in Factory approval area, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
