Responsibilitie: Equipment Reliability Management Develop and implement equipment reliability programs to ensure efficient operation of production equipment. Identify equipment failure modes through data analysis and propose improvement measures to reduce failure rates. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to optimize maintenance strategies. Failure Analysis and Improvement Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Use reliability tools (e.g., FMEA, RCM) to assess equipment risks and develop improvement plans(Include PM,PMD,spare parts and so on). Track equipment failure data and regularly report reliability metrics. Maintenance Strategy, planning and scheduling Optimization Manage and optimize equipment maintenance plans to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Introduce new technologies and methods to enhance maintenance practices. Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt production schedules. Training and Support Provide technical training to the maintenance team to improve their skills. Support the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment to ensure reliability. Who You Are: Skills, Performances & Competences required by the position: Proficient in reliability engineering tools (e.g., FMEA, RCM, RCA). Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of GMP, FDA, EMA, and other regulatory requirements. Proficient in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and office software. Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to collaborate with global teams. Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure. Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering within the pharmaceutical industry or related fields. Familiarity with pharmaceutical production equipment (e.g., pharmaceutical machinery, packaging equipment, utility systems) and their maintenance. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
