1.组织评审客户需求，完成可行性分析。

   Organize customer‘s requirement review, implement production feasibility analysis.

2. 负责并组织与顾客的技术评审和确认。

   Responsible and organize communication with customers for technical review and technical confirmation.

3.组织制定新项目项目开发计划并跟踪实施。

   Organize to set up new project development plan follow up implementation.

4.组织新项目供应商开发、零部件模具及产品验收、PPAP批准。

   Organize new supplier development for new project demand, validation of tooling and components, PPAP approval.

5.负责组织产品所需外购及自制模具的开发、试模、验收。

   Responsible for organization of tooling development, trail, and validation.

6. 负责试生产的组织、评价及所需相关改进。

   Responsible for organization of pre-production, evaluation and related improvement

Qualification 任职资格:

1.机械、模具、注塑相关专业大专以上学历，有5年以上汽车行业项目管理工作经验。

   College degree or above ,major in mechanical, mould an injection molding, more than 5+ years project management experience in automotive industry.

2.了解注塑模具设计、制造工艺及注塑成型工艺。

   Good understanding of injection tool design and manufacturing process, injection process.

3.熟练的英语听说读写能力，熟练办公软件。

   Proficiency in English and be skilled in office software.

4.精通ISO9001，IATF16949，五大工具。

   Proficient in ISO9001,IATF16949,five tools.

5.组织、沟通、协调能力强，认真负责。
