主要职责Main Responsibilities：

1. 负责并协调所负责产品的硬件电子设计、概念设计、电路设计，并按照要求完成相关文档的编写。

Implementation, coordination and documentation of the development of concepts, electronics / circuits for complex assemblies and components with extensive functions。

2. 依照汽车电子相关标准和规则，按照指导方针和客户要求完成产品的设计规格描述、定义和相关文档。

Specification, selection, definition and documentation of complex electronic components under consideration of the automotive electronics standards and regulations, internal guidelines as well as the customer requirements.

3. 协调供应商的元器件规格书，从技术问题上支持采购和采购质量。支持采购部门的供应商评估工作。

Coordination of comprehensive component specifications with the manufacturers / suppliers. Support of Purchasing and Q-procurement in difficult technical issues. Support of the Purchasing Department during the evaluation and selection of suppliers.

4. 负责相关产品的数字电路和模拟电路的设计，并负责相关硬件功能的设计文档。

Designing of digital / analogue circuit designs in the scope of the development with a variety of functions as well as the development and coordination of the necessary details and specification manuals.

5. 负责产品的设计、分析、计算、测试等相关技术文档，包含电路图、元器件材料清单、PCB图纸、电路板装配图纸、零部件图纸、技术文档、用户手册、交付、开发历史记录等。

Preparation and documentation of all documents for the calculation, manufacture and testing of the developed product. This includes circuit diagrams, BOMs, PCB drawings, board assembly drawings, component drawings, specifications, specification manuals, technical terms of delivery, development parts history, etc.

6. 负责复杂电路的计算、仿真、误差分析和FMEAs。负责最坏情况计算和分析和相关文档。负责失效率分析。根据产品的应用决定产品设计的鲁棒性。

Calculation / simulation of complex electronic circuits with extensive functions. Sizing of the components taking into account the required tolerances and the specific requirements in the field of automotive electronics. Participation / testing in circuitry and interface FMEAs. Creation of worst-case calculations and the related documentation. Determination of the failure probability rate (MTBF / MTTF). Reviewing and determining the limits for the case of application according to the criteria of "robustness validation”.

岗位要求 Main Requirements：

1. 本科及以上学历，电子或相关专业

Bachelor’s degree or above, Electronic Engineering or equivalent major

2. 5年或5年以上汽车电子硬件开发经验，具有BMS相关硬件开发工作的优先考虑。

5 years or above automotive electronic hardware design experience, BMS related working experience preferred.

3. 具备汽车行业电控单元开发经验

Automotive Electronics Control Unit work experience desired

4. 熟悉CPUs，MCUs，FPGA，ASIC，传感器，光学器件等

Knowledge regarding CPUs, MCUs, FPGA, ASIC, Sensors, Optical Electronics

5. 熟悉ECAD相关软件，具备Mentor Graphics相关经验者优先考虑

ECAD skills especially with the CAD system Mentor Graphics

6. 熟悉EMI/EMC/ESD相关知识和技能，并能够在设计中判断并提前估计相关问题

Knowledge in EMI/EMC/ESD and able to judge and apply precautions into the Electronic Design

7. 具备优秀的沟通技巧和灵活的思考方式

Excellent communication skills and sophisticated mind set

8. 熟练的中文和英语语言能力

Must be fluent in Chinese and English.
