Position: Seafreight Customer Service Location: Ningbo Key Activities/Accountabilities: Receive booking from suppliers/shippers/sales etc.; Confirm booking with overseas agents/colleagues; Creat booking information in system; Issue cargo delivery notice to shipper; Prepare special request pre-alert to overseas customer directly; Necessary Technical Good knowledge of computer systems,both customer service and operation Knowledge of customs tariffs and the customers organisation and operations Good communication skills both to co-workers and customers,etc. Efficient use of time Knowledge of service levels expected by clients Fluent in local language,as well as English (read,spoken and written),and other language helpful in daily business
