As a trusted partner, we provide cross-border talent mobility operations services to employees. 职责范围 负责跨境派遣、跨境调动以及外籍员工工签业务的全流程管控; 与供应商合作,有效管理第三方供应商的服务水平,确保为员工提供高质量的服务; 有效调动上下游人力资源领域和其他相关职能方,推动有效整合,优化流程以确保为跨境流程的员工提供合规、高效且良好的体验; 从运营角度出发,助力解决方案的提供,为跨境流动政策和规则的制定提供依据,以满足业务和流动员工的需求; 带领并指导跨境人才流动团队交付运营业务。 Full-process control of cross-border assignments, cross-border transfers and foreign employee work visa business; Cooperate with suppliers to effectively manage the service level of third-party suppliers to ensure high-quality services for employees; Effectively mobilize upstream and downstream HR and other relevant functional parties, promote effective integration, optimize processes to ensure compliance, efficiency and a good experience for employees in cross-border processes; Provide operational support for the provision of solutions, provide basis for the formulation of cross-border mobility policies and rules to meet the needs of the business and mobile employees; Lead and guide the cross-border talent mobility team to deliver operational business. 职位要求 本科及以上学历,英语听说读写流利,5年及以上相关工作经历; 熟悉跨境派遣、跨境调动以及外籍员工工签相关法律法规和政策; 具有良好的跨文化沟通能力和团队合作精神; 具备较强的分析能力和解决问题的能力; 良好的职业素养和职业操守。 Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience; Familiar with relevant laws, regulations and policies on cross-border assignments, cross-border transfers and foreign employee work visas; Good cross-cultural communication skills and teamwork spirit; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Good professional ethics and professional integrity. 加分项 具有海外工作经验; 熟悉人力资源管理相关知识; 具有相关项目管理经验。 Overseas work experience; Familiar with HR management knowledge; Relevant project management experience."
