General Responsibilities 主要工作职责
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales growth.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned existing accounts to ensure customer retention and business growth.

Reach new and existing business sales KPIs and budget guidelines from the company.

Constantly update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system (Microsoft Dynamics)

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责
New Business Development: Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
新业务开发:研究和识别新的商业机会,包括新市场、增长领域、趋势、客户、产品和服务。
Continuously build up a strong sales pipeline using (MSD) to meet sales growth and KPIs guided from the company.
使用Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) 不断建立强大的销售机会并加以管理,以实现公司指导的销售增长预期指标和各项考核指标。
Engage in cold calling and customer engagement to increase leads and potential sales contacts.
投身于电话销售、参加同行和物流相关的展会以增加销售机会和潜在的客户联系方式。
Customer Retention: Develop and implement customer retention to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
客户维系和保留:开发并维系好现有客户以确保高水平的客户满意度。
Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring they receive high-quality service in close collaboration with operations internally.

Business Expansion: Analyze assigned existing accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Work closely with the product teams to tailor offerings to meet the accounts needs and capitalize on expansion opportunities.

Collaboration and Networking: Collaborate with internal teams; including marketing, tender, products, branch and The Red Carpet Service team to align on business strategies and goals.

Qualifications
College’s degree or higher (preferred related to business administration, marketing or a related field).
大学或更高学历(工商管理、市场营销或相关领域优先)。
Sales development and/or freight forwarding experience is preferred – but not a must.
具有货代行业销售或业务开发工作经验者优先。
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.
出色的沟通、谈判和人际交往能力,能够与一系列利益相关者有效互动。
Ability and interest in identifying and develop new business opportunities.
具备识别和开发新商机的能力和兴趣。
Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Willingness to travel in the assigned domestic region to meet business needs.
愿意根据客户会议和团队管理的需要出差(国内和海外)。
Good English verbal, reading and writing communication skills.
良好的英语口语、阅读和写作沟通能力。
