RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Maintain FSC/CoC accreditation. Administrating and managing of the day to day CoC programme for the SGS HK Ltd; 2. Ensuring that the SGS HK FSC/CoC management system is established, implemented and maintained; 3. Interact with FSC on policies, standards and accreditation issues; 4. Responsible for managing ASI CARs relating to CoC; 5. Compliance to FSC policies, procedures and SGS Policies and Procedures; 6. Managing the Chain-of-Custody (CoC) programme 87 Ensure that all CoC Policies and Procedures are in line with the FSC accreditation standards, policies and guideline 87 Manage CoC clients in line with SGS Policies and Procedures 87 Ensure that affiliates adhere to the SGS Policies and Procedures 87 Give information to the affiliate on any changes with regard to standards, policies and guideline 87 Ensure that CoC surveillances are conducted and reports are submitted 7. CoC Reports 87 Reviewing CoC main, re-assessment and surveillance reports to ensure that the reports are in line with the accreditation requirements 87 Approve, sign off main, re-assessment and surveillance reports for the issuing, re-issuing of certificates 8. FSC Trademark Control 87 Liase with FSC on any Trademark issues 87 Control approved SGS Trademark Officers 87 Approve trademark uses from affiliates and certified companies 87 Monitor approvals done by Trademark Officers 9. Complaints and Appeals 87 Register CoC and Trademark use complaints and appeals received from stakeholders 87 Investigate complaints and appeals received 87 Give feedback to the applicable stakeholders 10. Affiliate Monitoring 87 Monthly KPI monitoring to affiliates 87 Conduct annual affiliate audits at allocated affiliates 87 Audits to include office audit and witness audit 87 Schedule meeting with MD of the affiliate as required 87 Submit affiliate audit report 11.Training 87 Conduct CoC as required 87 Ensure that all CoC auditors comply with the training requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 1. Tertiary education in any discipline; 2. Minimum 2 years full time experience in forest/wood/paper related sectors; 3. Experienced with quality management system (such as ISO 9001), social responsibility compliance schemes (such as SA8000) is advantage; 4. Experienced with manufacturing processes is advantage; 5. Mature, independent, with strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills; 6. Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese is a must; 7. Willingness to undertake occasional business travel.
