Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, interpretation, and handling correspondence. 2. Communication: Act as a liaison between the President and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. 3. Project Management: Assist in coordinating and executing special projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. 4. Research and Reporting: Conduct research and prepare detailed reports to support the President’s decision-making processes. 5. Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for the President.
Qualifications: 1. Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a CEO assistant or similar role, preferably within an international company. 2. Education: A bachelor’s degree or above, in business administration, communications, or a related field. 3. Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of German is a significant plus. 4. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. 5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Know cultural difference as well. 6. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 7. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions. 8.
