This ensures an ample supply of talent for key positions within the organizational structure, enabling team members to support the achievement of the company's goals. 组织人力建设:根据总经理设定的组织架构和年度目标,通过定期的对外招聘和现有团队人才盘点,确保组织架构关键岗位人才充足,团队人员可以支持公司的目标达成。 3.Meeting Management: Understand the company's operational reality, enhance the company's meeting and communication systems, prepare and notify relevant meetings in advance, and supervise the implementation of meeting action items. 会议管理:理解公司运营实际,完善公司会议制度/沟通制度,做好相关会议的提前准备和通知,监督落实会议代办事项。 4.Policy Management: Understand the company's operational reality, assist in improving various company policies, manage and update daily documents, accurately convey and supervise the implementation of relevant policies. 政策管理:理解公司运营实际,协助完善公司各项政策,负责日常文档管理和更新,正确传达和监督落实相关政策。 5.SoP Supervision: Assist the General Manager and the team in regularly reviewing the company's operational strategies/SoP, conduct monthly checks, and ensure the proper implementation of SoP.
