【Responsibilities / 职位描述】
1. Develop and implement the improvement project plan in strict accordance with the plan to achieve the goals of process improvement, cost reduction and quality improvement;
制定改善项目计划，并严格按照计划进行实施，达成流程改善、降低成本、质量提升等目标；

2. Promote and complete lean improvement activities at the company level (including but not limited to: productivity, production efficiency, DL saving, 6S, quality, material supermarket water spider, SMED rapid transformation, VSM value stream mapping and WIP/ inventory reduction, low-cost automation promotion and application, establishment of MES manufacturing execution system, etc.);
推进完成公司层面的精益改善活动（包括但不限于:生产力、生产效率、DL节省、6S、品质、物料超市水蜘蛛、SMED快速转型、VSM价值流图绘制及降低WIP/库存等、低成本自动化推广应用、建立MES制造执行系统等）；

3. Controlled project progress, held regular project meetings, sorted out and analyzed project-related data, and made project improvement reports
管控项目开展进度，定期召开项目会议，整理项目相关数据并分析汇总，制作项目改善报告

4. Regularly report improvement project progress and improvement implementation results to superior leaders;
定期向上级领导汇报改善项目进度及改善实施成果；

5. Responsible for the layout design and planning of the company's new production lines, workshops and factories;
负责公司新增生产线、车间、工厂的布局设计规划；

6. Organize business training for relevant personnel;
组织相关人员的业务培训；

7. Determination of standard working hours of new models and preparation of standard work tables;
新型号产品标准工时的测定及标准作业表的制作；

8. Use line balance, ECRS and other improvement tools to optimize the existing processes of the production line to achieve the purpose of personnel simplification and efficiency improvement;
利用线平衡、ECRS及其它改善工具优化生产线现有工序，达到人员精简、效率提升的目的；

9. According to work needs, complete work reports with high quality, including weekly reports, monthly reports, annual reports, etc.
根据工作需要，高质量完成工作报告，包括周报、月报、年报等。

【Qualifications: / 岗位要求】
1. Bachelor degree or above in industrial engineering, mechanical, electronic, electrical or related majors;
工业工程、机械、电子、电气等相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2. More than 5 years of relevant work experience;
有5年以上相关工作经验；

3. Understand various lean improvement tools, such as ECRS, VSM, TPM, Pull, SMED, JIT, line balance analysis, Seven wastes, IE seven techniques and other improvement tools for improvement activities;
了解各种精益改善工具，例如：ECRS、VSM、TPM、Pull、SMED 、JIT、线平衡分析、七大浪费、IE七大手法等改善工具进行改善活动；

4. Proficient in using CAD drawing software to make 2D plans and 3D renderings of production equipment, production lines, workshops and factories;
熟练运用CAD制图软件制作生产设备、生产线、车间、工厂的2D平面图和3D效果图；

5. Proficient in Excel, Word, ERP and other computer software/systems;
可熟练操作Excel、Word、ERP等电脑软件/系统；

6. Good ability to learn new knowledge;
具备良好的学习新知识的能力；

7. Good communication skills and team work spirit.
具有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
