This position is responsible for new project development quality.
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
1, Be responsible for APQP / program management for application programs.
2, Be responsible for Control plan and support D/PFMEA.
3, Be responsible for Customer PPAP submission.
4, Ensure that BorgWarner processes, standards and program specific requirements are implemented and followed.
5, Obtain and cascade customer specific quality requirements for the program and converting these into deliverables for the project team / plant.
6, 100% oversight for all APQP 8Ds
7, Deep dive on global and focus programs (product &process validation and verification, PPAP).
8, Monitor program KPIs with program team (CFT) and initiate improvement actions if needed.
9, Responsible for regular updates to the Program Manager / Advanced Quality Manager and / or the customer as to the project status.

2, Report all injuries and/or possible dangerous situations, incidents, risks.
3, Stop a job considered unsafe.
4, Attend required trainings.
5, Have the basic knowledge of ISO 14001 &45001 &50001.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree (or above) in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Technology or similar Engineering Degree
- Highly focused on results and objectives
- Experience of using tools such as 8D, 7-Steps, 5 Why, Quality Alerts to resolve quality issues is preferred
- Fluent English
