工作要求和职责: 英语的口语沟通和书写流利; 熟悉采购跟单的流程,有良好的同事之间各部门之间的沟通和合作; 本公司跟单的流程将接触:客户,采购部,工程部,财务部,总经理等部门; 熟悉海运和空运的操作,出口单证的文件制作和整理; 熟练运用excel,word等电子表格和制作; ***有ERP系统的运用和使用经验;公司内部使用的是ERP软件; ***有外企的相关工作经验;有对外贸易业务的相关经验; 品德端正,上进好学。配合公司的要求,规范,认真对待公司提供的培训; Requirement and job description: Well experienced with merchandiser work process. Good cooperation/ communication with other departments/ colleagues. The merchandiser process in Alumess: Customer, purchase department, engineer department, financial department, General Manager etc. Familiar with sea&air shipping process, familiar with export shipping procedure/ documents. Skilled with office excel, word etc, forms/reports make. Prefer someone has ERP system experience, or some other business software experience. Prefer someone worked in foreigner companies, experience with foreign trade business. Good attitude in cooperation with company requirements/rules/company training. Eager to learn new things.
