1 Booking Coordination: Receive booking details from the Control Tower Team and process bookings with carriers/booking agencies. 2 Documentation Management: Collect and review all vehicle documentation, and ensure timely submission to carriers and booking agents. 3 Space Management: Monitor and check space availability with carriers and agents to ensure timely movement of vehicles. 4 Release of Shipping Orders (S/O): Prepare and release shipping orders as per operational requirements. 5 SI Submission: Submit Shipping Instructions (SI) to ensure compliance with shipping guidelines and timelines. 6 Billing in OFS: Process and manage billing in the OFS for vehicle shipments. 7 Bill of Lading (B/L) Release: Release Bills of Lading and ensure all relevant details are correctly recorded. 8 Cost/Selling Analysis: Regularly review cost and selling rates, identifying any discrepancies such as losses or excessive profits. Work with the FVL Control Tower Team to investigate and resolve any issues.
Job requirement:
1 Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 2 2+ years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in vehicle logistics or a related industry.
-College level or above -Mandarin and English language proficiency -Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties
