Principal Accountabilities:
主要职责：
1. Participate in exhibitions and industry conferences, assist to expand brand influence and support new clients development.
参加展会及行业会议，协助拓展品牌影响力，支持新客户开发。
2. Provide effective marketing and localization plan according to department marketing and service strategy.
根据部门营销与服务策略，提供有效的市场推广及本地化方案。
3. Provide ongoing follow-up to clients for all NSF related services and activities. Ensure the standards/regulations, technical requirements, certification process, policies been delivered to clients.
作为NSF相关服务和活动的专属联系人，需要为客户持续提供项目的跟踪和状态报告，确保客户知悉认证标准及法规、技术要求、认证流程和政策。
4. Actively and efficiently manage work orders to ensure continued client satisfaction
积极有效地管理客户项目，确保客户持续满意度。
5. Facilitate certification projects by interfacing with related departments to answer/address any issues preventing the certification workflow
与相关部门保持良好沟通，确保认证项目顺利进行。
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
领导分配的其他任务。
Required Qualifications:
任职要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree in Food , Materials, International Trade, Chemistry, Mechanical, Instrument, Automation or related field.
食品，材料类，国际贸易，化学类，机械类、仪器类、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. At least 3 years working experience in testing and certification or related field.
Knowledge of the principles and regulations pertaining to product certification and compliance.
Experience in certification services for North American is perferred.
至少3年检测认证等相关领域的经验。了解产品认证及合规方面的相关原则和条例，有北美产品认证经验的优先。
3. Skilled at communicating through various forms such as phone, e-mail, training and executive meetings.
擅于通过电话、电子邮件、培训、行政会议等多种形式进行沟通
4. Serious and responsible, work excellence, Good teamwork spirit. Can develop customers independently.
认真负责，工作精益求精，良好的团队合作精神。有独立开发客户的能力。
5. Good communication skills in English and mandarin (written and oral).
能用英语和普通话进行良好沟通的能力（书面和口头）。
6. Strong time and project management skills. Strong learning ability,

7. Familiar with office software, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
