1. Draft, review and/or translate legal documents, including various contracts, official letters, etc. in both English and Chinese, and warrant the correct and timely preparation and delivery of legal documents; 2. Assist the work of compliance, including compliance training and cases investigation, to boost and disseminate the corporate rules and values of compliance; 3. Handle the work of corporate governance of the 2 plants, such as the company registration; 4. Supervise legal proceedings of the 2 plants by risk assessments and settlements; 5. Assist work of IP under the management of Corp IP; 6. Trace the newly promulgated laws and regulations that may influence business operations; 7. Manage the external legal service providers; 8. Take care of the legal budget and related expenses; 9. Handle other work assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.
Experiences and Qualifications:
1. Around 10 years of post-qualification experience in legal department of a multinational company and/or a foreign or a reputable local law firm; 2. Law Bachelor Degree (China Bar Examination is a plus); 3. Fluent spoken and written English; 4. Team leader experience is preferred.
