Main Duties and Responsibilities: 61 Maintain existing business and enlarge business scope in key accounts. 61 Cooperate with BDM for new inquiries from the key accounts. 61 Coordinate EKCI/EKTC/EKT relevant functions to ensure business success in key accounts. 61 Customer relationship management and Market monitor/analysis. 61 Establish personal business relations to all levels at customer aligned with Director Sales Global Account and ensure bid list appearance. 61 Main interface to customer functions incl. purchasing /SQE/R&D/logistics etc. 61 Initiate Tech Reviews, organize technical workshops. 61 Commercial interface to customer in consultation with Sales Admin. 61 Ensure overall customer satisfaction. Do customer satisfaction survey, if requested. 61 Ensure qualified utilization of sales related customer portals. 61 Prepare yearly sales forecast per customer and region as well as customers future development. 61 Prepare and conduct yearly price negotiations in consultation with Global KAM. 61 Customer documents management incl. contracts/customer requirements/etc. 61 Reporting of key performance indicators (KPI) as defined by segment manager 61 Acting as the contact person for customers and coordinating customer communication within EKTC/EKCI/EKT. 61 Acting as the escalation instance for the customer and the project team. 61 Other works assigned by manager.
Qualification: 61 Successfully completed Bachelor’s degree, technical degree preferred 61 3-5 years of professional experience in the area of responsibility, particularly within the automotive industry 61 Fluent English Skills 61 Project Management experience, proficient with APQP 61 Good negotiation skills 61 Customer and Market Orientation, independent and self-motivated, confident and reliable
