WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
1 Initiate inspection sheets for *** Article inspection, In-process parts inspection and End of Line inspection.
2 Complete FAI reports for all components, piece parts and assembly
3 Participate in Design Review and FMEA process with all team members and accomplish PMP.
4 Make checking tools or Go/No Go Gauges to facilitate inspection
5 Lead team review for MRB material.
6 Lead customer complaints handling
7 Prepare COC, Material Test reports to complete NPI workbook.
8 Join in Prototype quality review.
9 Lead improvement for PPM over internal and external quality issues
10 Be primary responsible person for quality control of assigned projects or products.

YOU HAVE:
1 Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering fields.
2 At least 3 years working experience of quality related position in mechanical or electronical manufacturing industry
3 Root cause analysis over quality issues, organizing team, establishing 8D report and tracking results.
4 Familiar with ISO system and able of analysis quality issue in the eye of system;
5 CET 4 or above, good ability of English communication in oral and written is preferred.
6 Able to read drawing and identify CTQs for quality inspection.
7 Skilled in Microsoft office such as Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
8 Skilled in SPC, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, APQP, PMP is preferred.
9 Good communication ability. Listen to customer, communicate actions carefully and patiently.
10 Physical and environmental abilities
11 Short time travel to customer site to resolve warranty claim if necessary.
