Provide high-quality before and after customer service. Handle booking and freight related issues and daily customer service affairs. Co-ordinating with internal & external parties to entertain client’s request and maximize the satisfaction . Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors and management.
Position requirements:
Bachelor degree or above. Excellent English skills ,with CET- 4 or above (or equivalent). Proficient in computer operation, skilled in using Microsoft Office software. Good communication , adaptability and service awareness, able to work under pressure. Two years or more of relevant service experience is preferred.
