- Communicating with carrier, trucking company, customs broker - Follow up the shpt with SHPR/SALES/OVERSEAS AGENT closely, update the status in time to related party - System input and update, invoice issuing, file closing. - Handle the problem during the operation, find solution under the supervise of the leader - Provide guidance and support to head office for all carrier’s, local customs,news of the industry - Other ad-hoc assigned by Manager
Qualification: - College degree or above, major in International trade,logistics,English is preferred. - Fluent Mandarin & English in written and oral communication, CET-4 or above. - 3 years relevant working experience in international forwarding company. - Familiar with Microsoft, mainly in excel and word. - Initiative, positive, detail-oriented and good team worker. - Responsible & reliable, Excellent communications skills, demonstrate good work ethics.
