Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Develop strong opportunity pipeline for sales opportunities 2. Develop and built strong relationships within the customer organization and understand opportunities to create value for the customer 3. Exceed personal and area new business revenue Targets 4. Preparing professional solutions and working on official RFQ/RFP submission. 5. Cross-sell for Rhenus suite of services. 6. Organize regular meetings with the client and relevant project team to report on progress and receive an update from client on challenges and future plans 7. Direct operational issues to the correct operational owner 8. Assure Rhenus and customer expectations are in alignment 9. Maintain close communication with customer to assure uniform understanding of customer expectations relative to operational solutions, timeline, costs and results Requirements: 1. University Degree and above 2. Experience (2+ years) within the industry with proven successful sales record 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 4. Excellent English skill in listening/speaking/writing/reading 5. Independent, Self-motivated, and good interpersonal skills.
