1. To follow up E-booking according to booking acceptance procedure. 2. To follow up booking related issues/requirements from internal/external customers and give feedback in timely manner. 3. To handle DG cargo/special cargo/equipment/special stowage application. 4. To handle email and telephone from internal & external customers and solve the problem to meet customers’ requirements.
1. Good communication skills, including English language skills 2. Decent working attitude and manners 3. Good at process executions and ability to work against deadlines and pressure 4. Good at MS Office Software operations (esp Excel) 5. CET-4 6. Bachelor degree with major related to Shipping/Transportation or working experience is preferred
