Primary Responsibilities: 1. Set up the WI for new product; 2. Update the WI and PFMEA per the request of customer audit or quality improvement or EC etc.; 3. Provide the WI training for operator; Provide the training for technicians 4. Modify the tooling per the request of customer or quality improvement or EC or efficiency improvement etc.; 5. Complete and release the revised tooling drawing to adapt for EC and improvement request; 6. Completed new tooling conditioning and mass production and tooling improvement; 7. Work with QE and Production to revise relative documents (WI & PFMEA etc.) for customer audit and to find the root cause and correct action for customer complaint. 8. Provide technical support and specifications to assist technicians and production in completing production order requirements 9. Responsible for assembling COPQ analysis, issuing effective improvement measures, tracking and ensuring implementation 10. Participate in completing FAA testing for new molds 11. Participate in the production, design review, and commissioning acceptance of new molds in the engineering department
Competencies & Experience Required/Desired: 1. Technical proficiency in Microsoft office suite, CAD package(s) (Pro/Engineer, AutoCAD) 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Educational Required/Desired: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics major
