Job Description： Employer Branding, Recruiting & Staffing: - Implementing and supporting Employer Branding road map and acting as an ambassador - Promoting company’s reputation as most attractive and progressive employer (e.g. University relations, Students/Job fairs) Recruiting & Staffing - Driving sourcing and selection of best fit candidates - Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications - Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes - Acting as an ambassador and a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Labor & Employee Relations: - Ensuring legal compliance with HR activities within scope of responsibility, including regulatory compliance to local employment/labor laws and legislation - Ensuring compliance to all relevant regulations - Responding to employee relation issues such as employee concerns, harassment, and discrimination complaints. Conducting internal investigations as necessary. - Acting as company representative towards external parties (courts, fairs, local networks, authorities.) if assigned - Providing advice and supporting HR Staff at the location pertaining to HR activities including labor relations & employee Relations - Performing agreed location LR strategy - Advising, coordinating and communicating from corporate/country strategy derived local labor strategy and initiatives, bringing results to location management. Admin: - Managing the work uniform for employees - Arranging and organizing the annual physical check for employees - Organization and preparation of Company events(incl. Town hall Meeting, BR, OR, etc..) Other affairs from supervisor
Job Requirements: - 3~5 years relevant working experience , bachelor degree and above - With working experience in manufacturing company and managing experience of employee outsourcing - With working experience inRecruiting and Staffing, Talent Management - Knowledge of Legal Compliance - Experienced user of excel, able to do reporting - Worked in international team, or Cooperation with global team, or participate in cross location/country projects, and etc. - Fluent in English
