与研发 供应商协作完成PPAP文件及B-support系统更新
Work close with R&D and supplier to finish the PPAP and approve in B-support system
与供应商进行FMEA月度评审，质量问题SOP后及时更新RPN评估。
Monthly review supplier for FMEA update;timely evaluate the RPN of every quality problem after SOP.
与供应商合作进行关键过程能力分析，并全面识别潜在风险
Work with supplier for key process capacity study,and potential risk shall be identified totally
参与供应商评估、选择和战略采购流程开发
Participate in supplier evaluation, selection and strategic sourcing process development
依据过程和产品的负责行制定审核计划，加强过程审核，
Audit plan will be oriented in consideration of process and product complexity;,process audit will be tightened.
推动供应商至少每季度一次的产品审核，审核项目包括所有尺寸、功能。
Push supplier for periodically product audit,at least quarterly;audit item shall cover all dimension,function,etc.
负责评审供应商的质量表现并领导持续改进活动
Responsible to measure supplier quality performance and lead the continuous improvement activities
带领供应商团队解决质量问题和根本原因分析，采取纠正措施。
Lead supplier team to solve the quality issues and root cause analysis, corrective action.
与PQE一起分析供应商的质量问题；确保每个问题都有8D报告。
Analyze with PQE for supplier quality problems;make sure each problem is followed with 8D report.
与内部团队一起处理R库中的隔离材料
deal with the blocked materials in R warehouse with internal team to meet the target
与供应商一起深入分析问题原因，采取有效纠正和预防措施。
Deep dig with suppier for root cause,and make concrete correction and prevention.
向表现不佳的供应商发出质量警示函
Send out Quality alarm letter to supplier having a weak performance.
当供应商的业绩下降时，尤其是对引起最终客户投诉时，向供应商提出质量索赔
Quality penalty happen as well when suppier's performance downgrade,especially for suppliers who cause end customer complaint.
负责评审供应商的质量表现并领导持续改进活动
Responsible to measure supplier quality performance and lead the continuous improvement activities
任职资格：
"本科以上学历
Bachelor"
"精通APQP、SPC、MSA、PPAP FMEA等质量工具。
Proficient in quality tools such as APQP, SPC, MSA, PPAP FMEA."
"良好的英语口语和书面表达能力。
Good English skill both oral and written."
"熟练使用Excel/Word/PPT等办公软件。
Excellent experience in Excel/Word/PPT etc office software."
"高度的主动性和责任感
