Tasks and Responsibilities：

1. Validate adhesive 胶粘剂验证
2. According to bonding plan and test procedures, validate the selected adhesive by all defined tests. Prepare validation test report根据粘接计划和试验程序，进行各种试验对选用的胶粘剂进行验证。准备验证试验报告 10%
3. Instruct trial production with the validated bonding system 根据验证的粘接系统指导试生产 10%
4. Prepare working instruction, general and specific. Determine and verify the material ration, labor hours, machine hours, etc….编制工作指导，通用程序和专用程序。确定和验证材料定额，工时，机器时间等 20%
5. Production on site support 生产现场支持 20%
6. Continue improve and optimize the processing 持续改进和优化工艺过程 10%
7. Train operators for right operation 培训操作工以正确的操作 5%
8. Handle NCR, to make decision, correct action, preventative measurement 处理NCR，做出决定，纠正措施，和预防措施 5%
9. Analyses customer complaints, take action to improve quality 分析客户投诉，采取措施改进质量 5%
10. Provide technical support to other department. 为其它部门提供技术支持 5%
11. creative development on new material , process and bonding design. 创造型的开发新材料、新工艺、新粘接设计。5%
12. Update and maintain SAP 更新和维护 SAP 5%

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree and above 本科及以上
2. Macromolecule (material) science and technology, or related major 高分子(材料）科学与工程，或相关专业
3. EAE is a must. 持有国际粘接工程师证书
4. Well know all related adhesives and application 非常熟悉相关的胶粘剂及其应用
5. Good oral and written English 良好的英语口语和书写能力
6. Able to analyze and check drawing and BOM 能够分析和检查图纸
7. High practice and test ability 较强的实践和实验能力
