-Ensure consistent compliance with food laws, regulations and standards in the targeted markets (include but not limited to Mainland China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippine, Thailand, Indonesia, and etc.). Provide regulatory expertise in daily interactions with Sales, R&D and Purchasing to identify, interpret and leverage food regulations and nutrition initiatives to give products a competitive market advantage. -Conduct regulatory compliance review for importing and local products. -Proactively participate in food regulation and rule-making processes of relevance to products and strategy. Manage regulatory inquiries for global and strategic accounts and provide comprehensive regulatory guidance on business projects. -Independently and proactively carry out comprehensive analysis and study on specific regulatory subject or special food topic and generate a report. Avoid business with potential regulatory risk and handle relevant regulatory issues. -Maintain up to date knowledge of food laws and regulations of the targeted markets. Perform critical analysis on recent news, issues and updates of food laws, regulations and standards and create Regulatory Newsletter continuously. -Bachelor in a food science and engineer or equivalent -Minimum 5 years working experience in regulatory compliance management. -Familiar with food /packaging/non-food regulation and national standard -Positive and Energetic, be able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks if necessary. -Chinese must, Fluency in English is required.
