岗位职能：
1. 完成公司及部门领导下达的各项指标；
2. 与新客户或现有客户会面并发掘新的业务需求
3. 理解客户需求并与团队准备最有竞争力的方案及报价
4. 通过当地销售活动建立自己的客户群。
5. 建立自己的客户目标清单，维护和更新客户关系，不断提高客户满意度
6. 与海外同事配合，寻找销售线索并拓展业务
7. 建立和维护与公司内部客户服务、操作的关系
8. 在新的和现有领域，跟随领导和内部推荐开拓市场
9. 平衡现有、新晋、潜在客户的关系
10. 及时执行其他委派任务
岗位要求：
1. 大专以上学历，物流、外贸或外语相关专业毕业者优先；
2. 性格外向、反应敏捷、较强的学习能力；
3. 具有较强的表达、沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力；
4. 大学英语4级以上；
5. 英语/泰国/越南当地语言者优先；
6. 具备一定的市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务意识；
7. 能够独立开发及维护好客户，完成公司分配的销售任务指标；
8. 能与国际客户打交道；
9. 具有快速组织协调能力，充分利用一切资源。能根据市场波动及客户心理波动及时作出调整；
10. 有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力，善于学习和创新，具备良好的执行力，拥有良好的团队合作精神和协作意识；
11. 有一年以上货运代理行业工作经验者优先。
12. 接受短期商务出差。
Job function:
1. Identify opportunity and develop new business pipeline
2. Understand customer's needs and requirement, prepare best-fit and cost effective proposals
3. Build own customer base through local sales activity. Establish own customer target list and maintain and upgrade client relationship.
4. Co-work with global colleague, searching sales leads and approaching
5. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the company's Customer Services, and Operations
6. Develop new business by prospecting and following up on leads and referrals within existing and new markets
7. Leverage relationships with existing, new and potential customers to improve penetration
8. Timely market feedback/market dynamics
9. Others operation.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, graduates in logistics, foreign trade or foreign language related majors are preferred;
2. Extroverted, responsive, and strong learning ability;
3. Have strong communication, communication skills and communication skills, with affinity;
4. College English level 4 or above;
5. English/Thai/Vietnamese local language is preferred
6. Have certain market analysis and judgment ability, and good customer service awareness;
7. Ability to independently develop and maintain customers and complete the sales task indicators assigned by the company;
8. Ability to deal with international customers
9. Have rapid organizational and coordination capabilities and make full use of all resources. Can make timely adjustments based on market fluctuations and customer psychological fluctuations;
10. Responsible, able to withstand greater work pressure, good at learning and innovation, good execution, good team spirit and sense of collaboration;
11. More than one year working experience in the freight forwarding industry is preferred.
