Position Title: Customer Quality Manager Location: Shanghai, China Business: Customer Quality Management Reports To: Headquarter QA Vice President
JD: Handle the customer quality complaints and give feedback in professional way. Manage the customer complaint checklist and follow up the status, and close issue in committed date To be bright between the customer and manufacture in quality matters. Manage the catastrophic quality matrix to drive manufacture gives the output within the proper timeline, and communicate with customer by data and keep customer in proper quality confidence. Review 8D provided by manufacture and present the 8D report to customer via e-mail or on-site visit.
Requirement:
5-7 working experience in quality or production Be familiar with the quality tools, such as 8D, fault analysis tree, fishbone, DOE,SPC,FMEA Well competency to present 8D to customer Data driving concept and proficient justification via logic thinking Experience in automobile electronic and semiconductor is preferred
