1. Promote & sell products/services to new and potential customers/industries; 向潜在客户和行业销售产品及服务;
2. Looking for new business opportunities with current customers and current industries; 在现有客户和行业中寻找新的业务机会;
3. Daily interaction with customers via significant amount of telephone calls and face-to-face communications; 电话或是面对面的与客户联系;
4. Developing and coordinating both commercial and technical proposals; 制作商务报价以及配合工程师准备技术投标文件;
5. Liaison with customers and our engineers on technical clarifications, commercial negotiates the terms and conditions of the contracts; 协调客户和公司工程人员之间的技术沟通以及商务谈判等;
6. Responsible for debt collection targets and follow up on overdue debts; 资金回笼;
7. Involve and support marketing campaign such as trade show, presentation, exhibition, demonstration, seminar etc. organized by company; 参与和支持营销,如贸易展览,演示,展览,示范,由公司举办的研讨会等;
8. Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales and assigned report (Key Customer Visit Report, Monthly Report, Sales Forecast etc.); 保存对所有报价单,销售合同和例行报告(重点客户拜访报告,每月报告,销售预测等)准确的记录;
9. Other extra work assignments from the superior when needed. 其他上级布置的任务。
任职要求: Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering (Environmental/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Petroleum/ Gas) or Business Admin. 教育: 工程(环境、化工、机械、石油、燃气)或商务专业本科学历
Working Experience: at least 3 years working experience in sales and customer service field, preferably in the engineering and chemical industry; Familiar with the industry leaders, engineering company and the design institute in the designated region and industries; 工作经验:至少3年的工作经验,***在工程业和/或指定主攻的行业;熟悉相关行业及地区内用户、工程公司和设计院。
Technical & Professional Knowledge: 技术和专业知识: 1. Fluent written and spoken in English is an advantage; 英文说写表达流利优先; 2. Team player with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills; 团队精神与良好的人际沟通能力和谈判技巧; 3. Well versed with Microsoft Office Application such as Excel, Words & PowerPoint; 熟练掌握办公室应用软件,例如Excel、Word和PowerPoint;
