Job Description -Measure Bought Samples & Make FIT specs based on Designer comments. -Manage & make sure specs grading templates are in par with our brand/FIT requirement. -Review and approve fit/pp samples on live model/ dress form/video conference, such as style, construction, workmanship and quality, measurement to ensure that they meet product specifications. -Provide technical advice and support to factories, customers, merchandising team and technical team. -Review customers' sketches and descriptions and decide if the potential issues with production in terms of measurement, size clarifications and adjustments, etc. -Provide technical control, including customer requirements and standards, to ensure customer standards and quality is maintained. -Make independent decisions of fit along with overseas buyers. -Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements: -Diploma or Degree in Clothing, Textile Merchandising, Textile or related discipline preferred. -Minimum 8-10 years' relevant experience, having some experience to lead a small team is better. -Strong product and material knowledge with good product safety requirements. -Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded. -Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties. -Strong problem solving skills & is having pattern making knowledge. -Able to manage multiple tasks environment. -Skilled in written English to be able to communicate with overseas business associates. -Literate in Microsoft office programs. Proficiency in web application development, open to learn new ERP systems.
